This project involves vehicle descriptions written for the website CarGraph.com. This website contains data on pricing and availability of cars currently listed on Craigslist.org.
The team
I was hired directly by the website owner, a software engineer who developed the site. The owner requested that vehicle descriptions be written only for selected makes and models, in an attempt to determine if inclusion of the descriptive summaries would drive more traffic to that page.
The audience
The audience for these summaries includes anyone seeking information on the current market value of a particular vehicle.
The sources
Information for these summaries was derived from various sources including Wikipedia and other websites maintained by automotive manufacturers, news organizations, trade journals, consumer reporting agencies, and vehicle enthusiasts.
